Extra Details:: CD3 is a member of the T cell receptor-associated CD3 complex. The CD3 antigen is expressed on approximately 30% of thymocytes, 70% of blood mononuclear cells and 60% of spleen cells, but < 1% of cells in the bursa and bone marrow.1,2 Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections (acetone fixed). Flow Cytometry: ≤ 0.2ug/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
