Extra Details:: Rat CD2 cell surface antigen, a 50-54kD glycoprotein expressed by thymocytes and mature T cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50, Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: frozen and paraffin Optimal dilution determined by the researcher Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
