Extra Details:: CD1a is a cell surface glycoprotein, MW 49kD. CD1a expression is associated with beta 2 microglobulin. It is strongly expressed in cortical thymocytes, Langerhans cells and interdigitating cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat; Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-84B2: IgG2a Negative Control, Murine (PE) Hybridoma: NS1/AG4.1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
