Extra Details:: CD1w2 cell surface antigen is a glycoprotein heterodimer of 12kD and 46kD. CD1w2 is expressed by cortical thymocytes and a minority of medullary thymocytes, with a pattern similar to antibodies of the CD1b cluster in humans. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Oher applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:50. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
