Extra Details:: CD1w2 cell surface antigen, a glycoprotein heterodimer of 12kD and 46kD. CD1w2 is expressed by cortical thymocytes and a minority of medullary thymocytes, with a pattern similar to antibodies of the CD1b cluster in humans. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Oher applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
