Chemokines and their receptors play a pivotal role in lymphocyte trafficking, recruiting and recirculation. Chemokines act through seven transmembrane G protein-coupled receptors. The chemokine system is increasingly recognized to play an important role in lymphocyte biology. C2099-98C binds to the CCR5 receptor on human spleen In Immunohistochemistry. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:25,000 Western Blot: 1:500 Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:150 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
