Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Not suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-4ug/ml will detect Casein Kinase 2 in RIPA lysates from mouse 3T3 fibroblasts. 3T3 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Casein Kinase 2 (4ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control for Immunoblot Analysis: 3T3 cell lysate; use 20ug per lane for immunoblots. Add 2.5ul of 2-mercaptoethanol per 100ul of lysate and boil before use). Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
