- Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (frozen/paraffin): 1:1000, requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse P3NSI myeloma cell line. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-65W: IgG, F(ab’)2 (HRP) Pab RbxMo I1904-66C: IgG, F(ab’)2, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab RbxMo Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
