- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000 c-erbB-2 is a receptor tyrosine kinase of the c-erbB family. Approximately 25% of primary breast and ovarian tumors were found to overexpress the protein 3 MW of Antigen: 185kD Epitope: Cytoplasmic Applications and Working Dilutions: Immunoprecipitation (For cytoplasmic) (Use Protein G; Ab 2ug/mg protein lysate) Western Blotting (0.5-1ug/ml for 2hurs atRT) Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin) (Use Ab at 0.25-0.5ug/ml for 30 min at RT) * [Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.] The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the investigator. Positive Control: LS174T cells, or breast carcinoma. Cellular Localization: Cell membrane Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at-20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at-20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
