- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. c-erb B-3 protein, a 180kD glycoprotein which is a growth factor receptor with tyrosine kinase activity. c-erb B-3 is expressed widely in normal human tissues, but is overexpressed in some tumors, including those of the breast, stomach, pancreas and colon. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, FLISA and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 myeloma cell line. Recommended Secondary Reagents: I1904-65W: IgG, F(ab')2 (HRP) Pab RbxMo I1904-66A: IgG, F(ab’)2 (FITC) Pab Rb xMo Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
