- c-erb B-3 protein, a 180kD glycoprotein which is a growth factor receptor with tyrosine kinase activity. c-erb B-3 is expressed widely in normal human tissues, but is overexpressed in some tumors, including those of the breast, stomach, pancreas and colon. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 myeloma cell line. Recommended Secondary Reagents: I1904-65W: IgG, F(ab')2 (HRP) Pab RbxMo I1904-66A: IgG, F(ab’)2 (FITC) Pab Rb xMo Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
