Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:500 detected endogenous Brk in SKBR3 cell lysate. Lysate from SKBR3 was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF, and probed with B2765-01 for 2 hours at RT. Proteins were visualized via HRP and chemiluminescent detection. Band observed at ~50kD indicates Brk. An upper band is thought to be the 73kD ELF-related protein that shares 70% homology with the immunizing peptide. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
