Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoflourescence and FLISA (Fluorescent). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunoflourescence: 1:100-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Absorption Wavelength: 489nm Emission Wavelength: 505nm Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 2.1 moles Cy2 per mole of goat IgG F(ab’)2 Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Cy2 conjugates are sensitive to light.
