- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:100,000-1:500,000 Western Blot: 1:10,000-1:50,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
