Extra Details:
Anthrax toxin plays a major role in the pathogenesis of anthrax. Virulent strains of Bacillus anthracis produce a complex exotoxin with 3 distinct antigenic components: the edema factor (EF), the protective antigen or binding domain (PA), and the lethal factor (LF). Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Matched Pairs: Capture: B0003-05B Detection: B0003-05A Hybridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Antibody Pair Recommendations: Use as the detection antibody in sandwich immunoassays with cat #B0003-05B as the capture antibody. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
