Format:: Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free) 0.01% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile dH2O. Labeled with Cy2 (Cyanine 2-OSu, MW: 897D). Fluorochrome/Protein ratio: 1.4 moles Cy2/mole of Avidin (acceptable range 1-2). Absorption Wavelength: 489nm. Emission Wavelength: 505nm.
Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Fluorescent Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
