Extra Details:
ATP12A belongs to the family of P-type cation transport ATPases. This protein is a catalytic subunit of the ouabain-sensitive H+/K+ -ATPase that catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the exchange of H(+) and K(+) ions across the plasma membrane. It is also responsible for potassium absorption in various tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Indirect Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10:1:50 Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-1:100 Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
