Extra Details:
ATP7B is a member of the P-type cation transport ATPase family and a protein with several membrane-spanning domains, an ATPase consensus sequence, a hinge domain, a phosphorylation site, and at least 2 putative copper-binding sites. This protein functions as a monomer, exporting copper out of the cells, such as the efflux of hepatic copper into the bile. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Indirect Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:2000 Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1;10-1:50 Immunofluorescence: 1;10-1:50 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
