- Applications: Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect recombinant mouse ASAH2. The detection limit for rmASAH2 is approximately 5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. In this format, this antibody shows approximately 20% crossreactivity with rh ASAH2. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
