- Extra Details:
- ART2.2 is expressed exclusively by mature T-cells. Levels of ART2.2 expression vary between inbred strains of mice and is absent in NZW mice, in which the ART2.2 gene is deleted (1). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized wistar rats were fused with cells of the Sp2/0 mouse myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
