Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml. Using 100ul/well antibody solution. Detects 2000-4000pg/well of recombinant human Apo E3. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. The detection limit for recombinant human Apo E3 is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O . Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
