Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, FLISA, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues): The staining intensity of formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissues may be significantly improved by the pretreatment of: 1. Formic acid (70%) for 10-30 minutes at RT. 2. HIER (Heat Induced Epitope Retrieval) with buffers. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
