- Extra Details:
- APG10 plays a role in autophagy. ATG12-conjugating enzyme (E2-like enzyme), likely serves as an ATG5-recognition molecule. SUBUNIT: Interacts with MAP1LC3A. By interacting with MAP1LC3A, it plays a role in the conjugation of ATG12 to ATG5. Also able to directly interact either with ATG5 or ATG7. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immuhistochemistry (IF): 1:100-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Cellular Localization: Cytoplasm (Probable). Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
