Extra Details:: Human AE2 gene (chromosome 7q35-q36) encodes a protein of 1241 aa (mouse 1237 aa, rat 1234 aa). Several isoforms of AE2 are also expressed as a result of alternative splicing. AE2 is widely expressed in many tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-10ug/ml using ECL. ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Control Peptide: A2295-14D1 Anion Exchanger 2, Rat Control Peptide (AE2) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
