Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000 on fresh frozen or 4% paraformaldehyde fixed tissues. Does not work on paraffin embedded tissue. Immunocytochemistry: 1:100. Reacts with endothelial cell, macrophages (activated) and THP1 cells (monocyte line). Western Blot: 1:100 Immunoprecipitation: 1:1000-1:10,000 ELISA: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Matched Pair: Suitable for use with A2295-01C in a sandwich ELISA. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
