Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutionx: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. ELISA: 1:7000. Assayed against 1ug of rabbit muscle Aldolase in a standard ELISA using a Rabbit xGt IgG (H&L) (HRP) and ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Immunoprecipitation: 1:100. ~5ul immunopreciptiates 50ul of protein lysate. Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
