- Extra Details:
- Adrenomedullin is a potent vasorelaxing and hypotensive peptide, originally isolated from human pheochromocytoma. Adrenomedullin shares some homology with CGRP (calcitonin gene-related peptide). Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:400-1:800 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Stefanini-fixed frozen sections of rat fundus. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
