Extra Details:: Adenosine A2b Receptor is a G-protein coupled adenosine receptor. It is an integral, multi-pass membrane protein which activates adenylate cyclase activity in the presence of adenosine. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and ELISA. Not suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, formalin fixed): 10-50ug/ml. Western Blot: 1-10ug/ml (ECL), 40-100ug membrane proteins/lane of striatal membranes. Higher concentrations of the antibody may be necessary if colorimetric detection or milk-based antibody diluent are used. ELISA: 1:10,000-1:50,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Controls: Epithelial cells of the crypts, Synctiotrophoplast cells of human placenta, T84 human colon adenocarcinoma cells. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
