Extra Details:: Activins are dimers consisting of two beta subunits. Several types of beta subunits have been described. These beta subunits can also heterodimerize with a constant alpha subunit to form Inhibins. The beta c subunit homodimerizes to form Activin C and has also been reported to heterodimerize with the beta A subunit. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher Matched Pair: Detection: A0855-94 Capture: A0855-94B Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
