Extra Details:: The cyclic AMP-dependent transcription factor ATF7 is a member of the bZIP family of proteins and is known to bind to the cAMP response element (CRE) as a homodimer. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:16,000 Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml, HeLa cell lysates observed on ~35kD bands Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 3-5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
