- Extra Details:
- ATF1 is a member of the bzip family of transcription factors. ATF1, CREB, and CREM form a subfamily of bzip proteins, which respond to cAMP activation in cells by forming homo and heterodimers. These factors respond to extracellular stimulus by regulating gene expression through binding cAMP response elements (TGACGTCA). Application: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
