Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunoprecipitation (Denatured verified): 2ug/mg protein lysate. Use Protein G. Western Blot: 0.5ug/ml for 2hrs at room temperature. Immunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin): 1:400 for 30 min. Staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min. followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: HeLa cells, skeletal muscle. Cellular Localization: Cytoplasmic Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
