- Extra Details:
- The catalytic activity of Acid Phosphatase is phosphate monoester + H2O = an alcohol + phosphate. Applications: Suitable for ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:4000-1:40,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000 Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
