Extra Details:: Lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase which functions in phosphatidic acid biosynthesis. May regulate the cellular storage of triacylglycerol through activation of the phospholipase PNPLA2. Involved in keratinocyte differentiation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoflourescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA (Peptide): 1:16,000 Western Blot: 0.2-0.6ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 3.75ug/ml Pancreas, kidney tissue Immunoflourescence:10ug/ml. Protein expression found in the vesicles of U20S cells. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
