- Trichomonas vaginalis is a protozoa which causes inflammation of the vaginal canal. It is considered to be a sexually transmitted disease. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50 ELISA: 1:20-1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
