Extra Details:: Marstacimab is fully human monoclonal antibody that binds to and neutralizes TPFI activity and is under development for treatment of hemophilia. Marstacimab is a laboratory-engineered monoclonal antibody designed to treat hemophilia A and B patients, with or without inhibitors. It works by blocking and effectively preventing TFPI from performing the anticoagulant function that it naturally carries out in the human body. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
