Extra Details:: LY2951742/galcanezumab is a fully humanized monoclonal antibody against human calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) that is developed by ELi Lilly and Company. This therapy is given as a single subcutaneous injection twice a month and ongoing clinical trials for the agent are for episodic and chronic migraine as well as cluster headaches. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization, Functional Assays such as bioanalytical PK and ADA assays, and those assays for studying biological pathways affected by Galcanezumab. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
