Extra Details:: Foralumab Biosimilar uses the same protein sequences as the therapeutic antibody foralumab (humanized OKT3). A fully human monoclonal antibody that binds to CD3 epsilon of the T cell receptor-CD3 complex, Foralumab (humanized OKT-3) is used as immunosuppressive therapy in kidney, heart and liver transplant patients. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization, Functional Assays such as bioanalytical PK and ADA assays, and those assays for studying biological pathways affected by Foralumab. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
