- Epcoritamab (DuoBody®-CD3xCD20) is a proprietary bispecific antibody created using Genmab’s DuoBody technology. It targets CD20 on the B-cells, a clinically well-validated target that is expressed in a wide variety of B-cell malignancies. Epcoritamab is currently under investigation in a phase I/II study for multiple hematological B cell malignancies. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
