Extra Details:: Drozitumab Biosimilar uses the same protein sequences as the therapeutic antibody drozitumab. Drozitumab is a human monoclonal antibody in development for the treatment of cancers. It targets Tumor Necrosis Factor Related Apoptosis-inducing Ligand (TRAIL), whose receptors are found on the surface of many types of malignant cells. Although drozitumab was studied in phase II trials for treating chondrosarcoma, colorectal cancer, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and non-small cell lung cancer, development has been halted due to lack of clinical response. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization, Functional Assays such as bioanalytical PK and ADA assays, and those assays for studying biological pathways affected by Drozitumab. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
