Extra Details:: Daratumumab (Anti-Human CD38) is the first-in-class human-specific anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody. Daratumumab has anti-multiple myeloma (MM) effect. Daratumumab impairs MM cell adhesion, which results in an increased sensitivity of MM to proteasome inhibition. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization, Functional Assays such as bioanalytical PK and ADA assays, and those assays for studying biological pathways affected by Daratumumab. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
