Extra Details:: PGAM5 is a central mediator for programmed necrosis induced by TNF and may be a regulator of mitochondrial dynamics. It displays phosphatase activity for serine/threonine residues, dephosphorylates and activates MAP3K5 kinase. It has apparently no phosphoglycerate mutase activity and is a substrate for a KEAP1-dependent ubiquitin ligase complex. It is also contributes to the repression of NFE2L2-dependent gene expression Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.5ug/ml Immunofluorescence: 10-20ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
