Extra Details:: FZD6 acts as a receptor for Wnt proteins. Frizzled receptors are coupled to the beta-catenin canonical signaling pathway. Together with FZD3, FZD6 is involved with neural tube closure and plays a role in the regulation of planar cell polarity, particularly in the orientation of asymmetric bundles of stereocilia on apical faces of a subset of sensory cells located in the inner ear. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 2ug/ml Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
