Extra Details:: CK7 blocks interferon-dependent interphase and stimulates DNA synthesis in cells. Involved in the translational regulation of the human papillomavirus type 16 E7 mRNA (HPV16 E7). Expressed in cultured epidermal, bronchial and mesothelial cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1-2ug/10e6 cells Immunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed paraffin sections): 0.5-1ug/ml for 30 min at RT. Requires HIER: boil tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
