Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: fixation in alcohol-based fixatives, such as methacarn, is recommended. Pretreatment with proteolytic enzymes such as trypsin may be required when formalin-fixed sections are to be stained. For optimal staining of prostate tissue higher concentrations of protease and longer incubation times are recommended, e.g., 0.5% trypsin at 37°C for 2 to 4 hours. Choose a good quality enzyme-linked anti-mouse IgG1 antibody for detection). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
