- Extra Details:
- CD30 is the receptor for TNFSF8/CD30L. May play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and transformation of activated lymphoblasts. Regulates gene expression through activation of NF-kappa-B. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1-2ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed paraffin sections): 0.5-1ug/ml for 30 min at RT) Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1ug/106 cells in 0.1ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
