- Extra Details:
- Calponin is a calmodulin, F-actin and tropomyosin binding protein which is thought to be involved in the regulation of smooth muscle contraction. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 0.5-1ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed paraffin sections): 0.5-1ug/ml for 30 min at RT Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1ug/106 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
