Extra Details:: Sushi domain-containing protein 1 (SUSD1) contains a number of Complement control protein (CCP) modules, or short consensus repeats (SCR) , also known as Sushi domains. These domains are known to exist in a wide variety of complement and adhesion proteins, suggesting that this protein may play a role in complement system of the immune system. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: HEK293 Cell Lysate Molecular Weight: ~82kD (predicted), 82kD (observed) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
