Extra Details:: VASN mainly acts as a regulator of cell signaling and extracellular matrix (ECM) formation in various tissues throughout the body. It is involved in the regulation of various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration. VASN has been involved in the pathogenesis of various vascular diseases such as atherosclerosis and hypertension, as well as neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:1000 Immunofluorescence: 1:200-1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
