Extra Details:: Putative signaling adapter which may play a role in neuronal differentiation. May be involved in regulation of NGF-dependent neurite outgrowth. Proposed to play a role in neuronal vesicular trafficking, specifically involving pre-synaptic membrane proteins. Seems to be involved in signaling pathways that are regulated by the prolonged activation of MAPK. Can regulate the polyubiquitination of IKBKG and thus may be involved in regulation of the NFkappa-B pathway. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200 Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
